Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills can help in reducing suffering and in living a life that is worth living. These skills help us to cope with our often difficult living situations. The skill training curriculum is designed in a 13 weeks format. I will be updating the content in a weekly manner. You can move to the next week only after completing the previous week. Access will be provided on a weekly course basis. I am excited that you are part of this.
